While the staff were friendly, there was a language barrier that made communication difficult. the hotel is located near a supermarket and a 24-hour convenience store, which were convenient for meals and snacks. the room was comfortable, with enough toiletries provided. We enjoyed the yukata, but there was no view to speak of. While breakfast was good and had both Japanese and western options, dinner was a bit expensive for the quality.
There was a big problem with the bathroom. the water pressure in the shower was low, making it difficult to take a proper shower every day.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The shuttle service to and from the JR station was really convenient. The staff here were so helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room amenities were top-notch, with a flat-screen TV and a cozy sitting area. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast with both Japanese and western choices. I had a great experience here.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was amazing! The onsen was one of the best parts of our stay. The outdoor pool was fantastic and the hot spring water was so relaxing. Additionally, the food was delicious and beautifully served. We loved having both Japanese and western options for breakfast. The hotel’s location was also a plus, as it was close to many shops, including a mall where we could find lots of snacks and treats.
There were some minor issues. Unfortunately, the room’s electric outlet was far from the futon, which made charging our phones a bit of a hassle. Also, the hotel did not make it clear on their website whether they offered smoking or non-smoking rooms, which may have been an issue for some people. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel offered a nice public bath with several warm pools including an outdoor one. the room was spacious and clean. the staff provided cute yukata to wear during the stay. the hotel location was convenient, with nearby convenience stores and a mall.
The room furniture seemed a bit old and could use some renovation. the breakfast served in the room at a specific time was very simple and not worth the cost.
